Methods of Product Delivery
The delivery of the orders of the website www.takemehome.gr is done with the cooperation of the companies ACS and ELTA. Delivery of the order to the transport company takes place within 1-3 working days.
The shipping cost for orders up to two (2) kilos is €3. In the event that the value of the order exceeds €35, then the delivery of the products will be free *valid for orders up to 2 kg.
In any case, if the total weight of the order exceeds 2 kg, then the customer will be contacted about shipping costs.
Returns & Product Changes
All products are carefully packed and shipped in perfect condition. However, if your order contains a defective product, you can return the product and we will do our best to replace it or refund your money.
You can change or return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day you received the package.
Personal care and body care items are only returnable if their packaging is sealed and, in any case, unused.
If the order you receive is incomplete, please contact us at info@takemehome.gr.
- In the case of defective products, for which replacement is not possible or replacement is no longer desired, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs.
Further, you will need to hand over the product to the courier company that we will send to your home, along with the receipt you received when it was originally delivered. We, after carefully examining the returned product, will inform you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement, which will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days of receiving the returned products from us.
